1. Application Fees

All application and nomination fees paid towards the International Achiever Awards are generally non-refundable. This is because the fee is used for processing, verification, evaluation, and administrative purposes.

2. Cancellation of Application

Once an application is submitted and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn, as the evaluation process begins immediately.

3. Duplicate or Excess Payments

In case of duplicate payment or excess amount paid due to technical issues, the extra amount may be refunded after verification. Such requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.

4. Payment Failures

If a payment is debited but the application is not successfully submitted due to technical errors, the amount will be refunded or adjusted after confirmation from the payment gateway.

5. Disqualification or Non-Selection

Non-selection or disqualification of an application does not qualify for a refund, as the evaluation process has already been carried out.

6. Event Postponement or Cancellation

In rare cases where an award event is postponed or cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, International Achiever Awards reserves the right to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds, if any, will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

8. Third-Party Payment Gateway

All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay. Processing time may vary depending on bank or gateway policies.

9. Changes to Refund Policy
